The Power of No

PRIVATELY COACH WITH EMILY

The doors are open to my private 1:1 coaching program, ELEVATE!

I’m accepting applications to my 16 week program, which uses my internal mapping method to create breakthroughs with your mindset, lifestyle and ultimately in your body.

By the end of ELEVATE, you’ll feel confident around food (and in every area of your life!), finally figure out EXACTLY which foods work for you and your unique body so you know how to eat for the best results, and walk away with a customized body blueprint that will allow you to eat and live without all the stress.

No more wrestling with your willpower around certain foods, trying a new diet for the thousandth time and crossing your fingers, or feeling like your body is fighting you every step of the way.

We work closely together to work with your body rather than against it, figuring out how to eat in a way that naturally reduces cravings, energized and empowered.  It’s time to say no to one more diet and yes to actually getting to know yourself so that you will know how to adapt the way you eat no matter what life throws your way.

Let’s jump on the phone to make sure we’re a good fit!

THE POWER OF NO

The word no yields a huge amount of power, and it’s up to us how we use it.

Three of the main ways no can be used, whether for better or for worse:

  1. To enforce boundaries
  2. Motivation to get your ass in gear
  3. To try and hold yourself in fear and tell yourself that you’re not worthy or don’t deserve to make a change

I feel that overall especially as women, many of us want to please people and feel an obligation to say yes more than no.  There’s a time and place for each, but my belief is that “no” at the right times for each of us are empowering and can set us free to live up to our full potential.
