Today’s guest is extra special to me, because he has (unbeknownst to him) had a massive impact on the direction of my life, personal interests and career up to this point.
I’m so honoured to have had the opportunity to interview Dr. Jade Teta, and for anyone who isn’t already familiar with his work, I strongly advise checking out the many resources listed below that will bring you up to speed. This episode is a must listen!
A small local company I taught bootcamp classes for years ago had a mandatory book read before I was allowed to teach for them, and it was Dr. Jade (and his brother Dr. Keoni Teta’s) first book, The Metabolic Effect Diet. After reading that book, my entire opinion of how I ate and exercised shifted, and I was completely hooked.
That ended up leading me to move forward as a Holistic Nutritionist, join a business mentorship at the beginning of last year with Jill Coleman, and now I work in the field full time. So, interviewing Dr. Jade is definitely a full circle moment!
