None of us have ever navigated this kind of global crisis, and between the both devastating and deadly circumstances we’re in right now, I think it’s safe to say that the majority of us are feeling understandably anxious, overwhelmed and fearful.
One of my very first thoughts when I heard about the term “social distancing” was that while obviously vital and necessary for the global collective and for our own individual safety, how tough it was going to be on mental health.
So let’s talk about some of the things you can do to care for your mental health while figuring out life right now that is changing with every news report that gets released.
