How to Renew Your Energy and Prevent Burnout with Cari Li

Have you ever caught yourself saying “I don’t know why I’m so tired all the time?”  Or felt like you’re stuck in survival mode?  As though there’s never enough time in the day, you’re exhausted all the time and feel like you’re running a million miles an hour 24/7?

My dear friend Cari can help you break that cycle.

Cari Li is the host of The Good Curves Podcast, and an Energy Management and Fitness Coach who’s been helping women around the world for the last 9 years find their energy and achieve their fitness goals the healthy and sustainable way. She practices and teaches #AdaptableEating is a fan of workouts that are 40 minutes or less.

Cari regularly works with women who are physically exhausted all the time, emotionally and mentally drained, and feeling like they’re running on fumes.  For anyone who has ever reached that point you’ll know that you always feel like you’re spinning your wheels because you aren’t getting the results you want in the gym and have little energy to accomplish any significant tasks.

What we often forget is that managing our energy encompasses the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.  For the best results we need to take a holistic approach that covers all of those areas, and Cari talks to us on the podcast about stopping the cycle of survival mode and learning to work with your personal rhythms and doing the internal work that comes with true change.

Some potential signs of burnout:

  • physically exhausted all the time
  • Major energy dips
  • Difficulty getting up in the morning
  • Tired but wired at night and unable to fall asleep
  • Crying for no reason
  • Brain fog
  • Difficulty focusing
  • Pessimistic all the time

If you’ve ever felt this way, this episode is going to change how you care for yourself and your body.  Cari also walks us through:

  • Using adaptable eating and exercising in a way that balances hormones
  • Recognizing the key signs that you’re pushing your body too far and need to change your lifestyle accordingly
  • Being biracial and the challenges that can accompany it
  • Taking on the energy of others, particularly as an empath and how to manage that energy
  • Everyday activities that suck your energy
  • Using the power of visualization
  • Creating a protective bubble to maintain your energy
  • Tuning in to the spiritual side of things for a well-rounded approach to your health

I can’t wait for you to meet Cari on this interview!  Be sure to look her up below, especially on her podcast The Good Curves.
