Cari Li is the host of The Good Curves Podcast, and an Energy Management and Fitness Coach who’s been helping women around the world for the last 9 years find their energy and achieve their fitness goals the healthy and sustainable way. She practices and teaches #AdaptableEating is a fan of workouts that are 40 minutes or less.
Cari regularly works with women who are physically exhausted all the time, emotionally and mentally drained, and feeling like they’re running on fumes. For anyone who has ever reached that point you’ll know that you always feel like you’re spinning your wheels because you aren’t getting the results you want in the gym and have little energy to accomplish any significant tasks.
What we often forget is that managing our energy encompasses the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. For the best results we need to take a holistic approach that covers all of those areas, and Cari talks to us on the podcast about stopping the cycle of survival mode and learning to work with your personal rhythms and doing the internal work that comes with true change.
