I'm a human connection specialist, transformational coach and host/founder of the top 200 Room to Grow™ Podcast.
I take a holistic mind/body approach, using the psychology & physiology of emotions to give you the guidance, real-life tools and perspective you need to take ownership of your life, revolutionize your relationship to yourself and create thriving connections with others.
Most of all, I believe that showing up with curiosity & choosing to view the world through a lens of compassion is one of the greatest tools we can bring into our lives, our relationships, and the connection we create with ourselves.
This extraordinary event will help you tap into your own innate wisdom to expand into the fullness of who you are, so you can bloom in 2023.

MEET KAT
My name is Kat and I own and run a healing centre in Simcoe, Ontario. I am a certified Reiki Master & include other alternative healing modalities like massage, therapeutic touch, cupping, and sound healing into my practice.
I believe that strengthening our connection to our body, mind and soul is the key to healing and happiness. It is also essential to be able to authentically connect with others. I help my clients grow this connection along with removing the blockages that are holding them back from living their best life.
It is my greatest joy help people realize their own power and find their inner voice and passion. I am so thrilled to be a part of this workshop with Emily so that together we can go on this journey of self discovery & self love with understanding, compassion and joy!
